Partner with us as a W.I.C.C. sponsor
We are now welcoming sponsorship partners to join us on this kaupapa.
Our sponsorship tiers are named in honour of ngā manu – our treasured birds, each representing a unique contribution to the flight of this kaupapa. As the whakataukī reminds us: “Mā te huruhuru ka rere te manu” – With feathers, the bird can fly.
To discuss your options or to arrange a hui email us at w.i.c.c.sponsorship@hpce.co.nz
Tēnā koutou katoa,
We look forward to welcoming the World Indigenous Cancer Leaders and delegates to Aotearoa | New Zealand for WICC 2026. The people of Te Arawa, Rotorua stand ready to lay out the welcome mat to the Cultural Centre of our nation.
We now invite you to share your voice, your work, and your presence at W.I.C.C. 2026.
Early Bird registrations are now open, and we're continuing to Call for Abstracts (see below).
This is your chance to present and share research, insights and innovations with our attendees. We'd love to receive abstracts from people right across the cancer care continuum—prevention, screening, treatment, survivorship, and healing; with Indigenous knowledge systems that centre people and whānau.
W.I.C.C. 2026 will be a joyful gathering of hearts over five jam-packed days, with more than 600 researchers, clinicians, whānau, rangatahi, and advocates coming together in a space of deep connection, learning, and cultural celebration.
As W.I.C.C. 2026 draws nearer, we’ll continue to share opportunities to contribute, connect, and collaborate. Please share this pānui with your networks and make this the best W.I.C.C. event yet.
Finally, we'll stand together in the wisdom of the whakataukī:
Mā te whakātu ka mōhio, mā te mōhio ka mārama, mā te mārama ka mātau, mā te mātau ka ora.
With discussion comes knowledge, with knowledge comes understanding, with understanding comes wisdom, with wisdom comes well-being.
Join us at WICC 2026 to: | Share your research and highlight your successes. | Learn from your peers and fill your basket of
knowledge. | Experience the energy and vibrancy of Aotearoa. | Be invigorated to achieve better cancer outcomes for our people.
